LOWER SESSION SEQUENCE: Plantar Fascia to 12th Rib

Supine:
1. Upper Traps
2. TFL/Hip Flexors with bent knee
3. Pes Anserine
4. Dorsal Foot
5. Calcaneus

Side-Lying Top Leg:
1. Iliac Crest and Glute medius
2. Glute Fan
3. ITB: Hamstrings side
4. ITB Quad side
5. Fibula

Side-Lying Bottom Leg:
1. Inner arch of the foot
2. Medial Lower Leg
3. Medial Upper Leg

Prone Frog Straight Leg:
1. Hip rotators
2 Hamstrings

Prone Frog Bent Leg:
1. TFL into glute Med

​If client has not stood up to "test it out" i.e. stand and move/stretch/walk, then que now. Stretches or mobilizations specific to each client or treatment focus may be appropriate here. For sanitation purposes have client stay within the borders of the mat.
​REPEAT ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE

Finish work:
1. Prone: Ischial Tuberosities
2. Seated: Backwork
3. Reclined: Neckwork
