Prone Frog (Bent Arm Side)

1. Anterior lower arm flexors
2. Seated Rhomboids

If client has not stood up to "test it out" i.e. stand and move/stretch/walk, then que now. Stretches or mobilizations specific to each client or treatment focus may be appropriate here. For sanitation purposes have client stay within the borders of the mat.
REPEAT ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE

Finish work:
1. Prone: Ischial Tuberosities
2. Seated: Backwork
3. Reclined: Neckwork
