UPPER SESSION SEQUENCE: Iliac Crest/Glute Medius to Occipitals
Supine:
1. Upper Traps
2. Dorsal Hand
3. Anterior lower arm
4. Costal arch, opposite side
5. Anterior rib cage, same side
6. Pec, opposite side
7. Anterior upper arm (bicep)
8. Trap/Lat Pin
9. Side-body: lats to iliac crest
Side-Lying:
1. Iliac crest & Glute medius
2. Rotator cuff
3. Deltoid, bent arm
4. Triceps, bent arm with hand on head or table
5. Psoas
Prone Frog (Bent Arm Side)
1. Chevron: Iliac crest to lower angle of the scapula. Be extra careful to not dump pressure into the lumbars! Lordotic curve can be adjusted by straightening/bending the bent knee. An anterior pelvis will need slightly less of a bend in the knee. Try this position on yourself first.
Prone Frog (Straight Arm Side)
1. Anterior lower arm flexors
2. Seated Rhomboids
If client has not stood up to "test it out" i.e. stand and move/stretch/walk, then que now. Stretches or mobilizations specific to each client or treatment focus may be appropriate here. For sanitation purposes have client stay within the borders of the mat.
REPEAT ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE
Finish work:
1. Prone: Ischial Tuberosities
2. Seated: Backwork
3. Reclined: Neckwork
