I have been a practicing bodywork since 2012. I have found my heart in this work. Massage opened the door to becoming a healthier more balanced being. When I decided to begin my business the name SAMA just made sense. SAMA means balance in Sanskrit. I incorporate balancing practices in my work through Ayurveda, yoga and while I work on clients with my feet.
